Individual Therapy and Coaching

Coming Home to Yourself

Individual therapy is a space to slow down and return to what is most real in you. So often, we live at a distance from ourselves—caught in loops of anxiety, self-judgment, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. The cost is aliveness: the quiet joy, deep play, and authentic presence that arise only when we are truly at home in ourselves.

This work is not about fixing who you are. It’s about meeting the places in you that have been left behind, loosening the patterns that keep you stuck, and rediscovering the ground of your wholeness.

Why People Seek Therapy or Coaching

People usually come to therapy or coaching for three main reasons:

  • Life feels good now, but the past won’t let go.
Even in the midst of success, love, or stability, unresolved experiences can remain alive inside you—phantoms of the past that tug at your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of ease. You may find yourself repeating old stories, reliving emotions that don’t match your current reality, or unable to fully rest in the life you’ve created.
  • Life feels hard right now, and you need support.
Sometimes the external circumstances of your life real totally untenable, unsustainable, and out of alignment.—grief, anxiety, depression, conflict, or disconnection. Therapy offers a space to process what’s happening, discover the deeper layers beneath your struggles, and find ways to connect with your desires and the blocks that stand in the way.
  • Nothing in particular is crying for attention, but you want to go deeper.
Not everyone comes to therapy because something is broken. Many seek somatic therapy or coaching for self-actualization, spiritual realization, or embodied refinement. You may feel called to live with greater authenticity, explore subtle layers of experience, or bring more creativity, intimacy, and aliveness into your relationships. This can also include plant medicine integration, weaving insights from peak or spiritual experiences, or cultivating practices that anchor your awareness into daily life.

I offer a uniquely subtle attunement that helps you bring more aspects of your experience into the foreground, along with astute, in-the-moment guidance to support you in deepening, refining, and stabilizing your growth. Therapy and coaching provide a supportive container for this process—helping you refine awareness, integrate insights, and live more fully from your innate wholeness.

In all situations, the work of therapy is the same at its core: coming home to yourself. This means loosening old patterns, restoring flow where there is contraction, and reclaiming the parts of you that have been left behind—so that your life, relationships, and choices can emerge from wholeness.

How Sessions Work

Sessions follow a gentle, intentional arc designed to help you access your deepest self and integrate new insights into your life:

Deepening into Contact
We begin by tuning into what is most alive in you—your sensations, emotions, or the issues you want to explore. This grounding helps you connect fully to your present experience.

Getting to the Heart of It
From this awareness, we move into the core of what is emerging—uncovering underlying patterns, blocked energy, or unmet needs. Here, you meet the reality of your experience with curiosity and care.

Resolution & Integration
As old patterns reveal their wisdom and loosen their grip, we guide the experience back into your larger sense of wholeness, allowing insight, release, and clarity to settle into your system.

Practical Steps for Living from Your Deepest Self
Each session concludes with practical ways to carry your embodied awareness, aliveness, and freedom into daily life—so that healing and growth are not just felt in the session, but lived beyond it.

Sessions can take place in a tranquil office, along forest paths, or online—whatever allows your system to breathe, listen, and unfold.
