In office
This is the most traditional kind of counseling setting. I have two office locations, one in Hillsboro Village in the Kinnard Building, and one in a house on Music Row. Many people like to start off in the office, and occasionally do sessions outdoors as well. The office is great for doing some brain-body based therapies such as Brainspotting, or for doing Biofeedback.
